Batubulan Batik Factory is a village in Gianyar regency. Here we will find many
batik show room and factory. We can watch how to make batik. Batik is
traditional Indonesian costume.
Celuk Village is formerly a traditional
Balinese village located in the entrance gate of Gianyar Regency and has
changed into a tourist attraction with its trademark in making jewelry from gold
and silver.
Kintamani
Village is
a traditional village situated on 1000 meter above sea level right on the hill
surrounded by pure and beautiful nature. This village is standing on the
caldera wall of ancient Mount Batur. This village is very famous in Bali Island
and appointed as a tourist destination and many visited by tourist every day
where every visitor will be awed by the panoramic view to the Batur Volcano and
Lake.
Penglipuran
Village is a
traditional countryside owning unique characteristic of life, social and
culture. The nature and environment of this countryside is designating the
pittance touch of modernization influence. Penglipuran name itself has
meanings. Penglipuraneling derived from the basic word that means
"remember", and pretend that it means "ancestral land". So,
Penglipuran defined as "remembering ancestral lands. And this village has
been named as one of the best village in the world other than Giethoorn Village
in Holland and Mawlynnong Village in India.
Ceking Village
is located
in Tegallalang, north of Ubud. This village is famous for its beautiful scenes
of rice paddies involving the subak (traditional Balinese cooperative
irrigation system), which according to history, was passed down by a revered
holy man named Rsi Markandeya in the eighth century.
